As we strive to extend the best pricing to our customers, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns at this time. Warranties are through the manufacturer as described (For example, Louisiana Grill hosts a 5 year warranty on select grills and if replacement parts are required within the warranty period, you will be able to work directly with Louisiana Grills to receive your replacement).
We will always work with our customers if required to address and remedy issues and concerns with the manufacturer(s), however manufacturer policies will prevail. In some cases, we are able to supply parts (if in stock) so please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns about your products.
